All orders are processed within [1–2] business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. The delivery time below is an estimate and begins from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

UK Delivery

Orders placed after [cut-off time] on business days will begin processing the next business day. Delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress. If you have not received tracking information within [X] business days of ordering, please contact us.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or has arrived damaged, please contact us at help@forkeeps.uk with your order number so we can look into it with our courier.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items that are dispatched separately, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking link for each parcel. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
