This Privacy Policy explains how For Keeps collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit forkeeps.uk (the "Site"), create an account, or place an order with us. It also explains your rights over your personal information.

• Shopify, which hosts our Site and online store platform, and Shopify Payments (or other checkout payment processors), which process your payment securely.
• Delivery couriers and postal services, to fulfil and deliver your order.
• Email marketing and customer service platforms, to send marketing communications you have opted into and to manage customer support.
• Analytics and advertising providers (such as Google Analytics, and advertising pixels including Meta, TikTok or Pinterest), to help us understand Site usage and show you relevant advertising, where you have consented to non-essential cookies.
• Professional advisers and authorities, such as our accountants, insurers, or law enforcement, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. International transfers

Some of the third parties we use (including Shopify and certain analytics or advertising providers) may store or process personal information outside the UK, including in the United States.
